We will gladly provide you with a first complimentary  consultation with one of our consultants. Consultations may be scheduled Monday-Friday for assistance with ceremony, venue, entertainment and any other detail you need assistance with for your special day. 


Full Day Coordination: Designed in mind for the bride who wants to let loose and have a good time. This package allows you to be worry free from start to finish. Relish in your engagement and let us handle the details. This package includes, but is not limited to:

-Unlimited contact via email or phone

-Complete vendor referrals including photography, videography, caterer, cake, flowers, rentals, hair & makeup and more -Schedule vendor appointments 

-Provide a list of questions for vendor appointments 

-Attendance at meetings with hired vendors

-Attend final tasting and/or meeting with caterer 

 -Place rental orders 

-Contract Review 

- Arrangements for Out of Town Guests 

- Itinerary Development 

- Rehearsal Dinner and/or Post Wedding Brunch Advisement 


Management Througout: 

Best suited for the bride who would like to plan her own 

wedding but needs a little help along the way to navigate 

through decisions like themes, vendor referrals and any other 

choices you face in this exciting time. This package includes:

-5 Vendor referrals based on specific needs you have
-List of questions to provide  for vendor appointments 
-Checklists to follow throughout the planning process
-Final meeting to go over last minute details & tie up any loose ends
- Develop the Wedding Day itinerary 

Full Wedding Day Coordination:  

For those brides who would like to plan their wedding on their own but desire help on the day of this package is a perfect fit! We will handle all the details and any unplanned situations that may arise. We will be the point of contact for all your vendors and we will make sure your day runs smoothly. You can trust us to make all your dreams come true on your special day. This package includes:

-Initial meeting approximately 3 – 6 weeks before the wedding to review vendor contracts, details, visit the ceremony & reception locations and begin a wedding day timeline
- Confirmation with all vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding date
-Conduct ceremony rehearsal 
-Two coordinators on the wedding day for up to 10 hours
- Assist bride, groom & wedding party
- Orchestrate set up of ceremony & reception locations including linens, rentals, favors, place cards, table cards, guestbook etc.
-Act as a liaison between the wedding party & vendors
- Provide itineraries, "day of" checklists and reminders
-Oversee & manage the ceremony & reception (assist bridal party, direct guests as needed, review the timeline with the vendors etc.)
-Distribute tossing items & line up guests
- Distribute final payments (if requested)
- Wedding Day Emergency Kit

This package allows you to pick 6 of our services and create your own unique package to fit your needs. Here are some of the services you have to chose, but are not limited to:
